Reporting that runs the week

Pacing models, benchmark reports, and weekly checks that showed leadership where the month was heading before it ended.

Problem

Leaders needed to know mid-month whether the month would land. The raw exports could not say, and different pulls gave different answers.

Move

I built a business-day pacing model for won opportunities from trailing 12-month close curves, in Excel with live formulas. I built a 13-month rolling email benchmark report across four audiences. I ran weekly paid media checks on volume, quality, spam, and cost per member.

What it caught

The first opportunity export undercounted won opportunities by about 27%. I found it, pulled the full file, and rebuilt the model.

Dynamics 365 timestamps ran three hours ahead of Eastern time. Fixing that moved the real send window to 10am to noon.

One email send went to about 4,800 contacts and bounced 19.6%. That list got flagged for cleanup before anyone reused it.
